Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase
Please contact us before sending anything back. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Nonreturnable Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned after opening or use. These may include:
- Beauty and personal-care products
- Used pet products
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
These restrictions do not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where a return is required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll provide the appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of preference, size, or a change of mind.
If Valeroni sent an incorrect or defective product, we’ll provide further instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipping has begun.
